If you have had troublesome neighbors for a long time, it’s only natural to want to leave. But if you like where you live, does this really have to be necessary? But don’t make it out as if you’re casting judgment on their parenting. If they are noisy, you can talk to them and if need be call the police when they’re keeping you up. If worse comes to worst, you need to collect evidence of what they’re doing wrong to show to the police. If they still won’t do anything, then maybe it’s time to pack up and go.

Where the weather is great, and there are plenty of job opportunities, it’s going to be a great place to live.
